Official Parramatta Eels merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We are committed to ensuring every Blue & Gold fan is satisfied with their gear through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain attached to the merchandise.

  Post Your Item

  Print your generated shipping label and drop the parcel off at any Australia Post outlet or designated collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
